This is the best Hardware store in town! It's so great that we can have this kind of store in our homebound! The service its excellent, they carry all you can need and image! Price very competitive! Tnx so much for the Hardware store!

I am a girl's girl who feels compelled to write a glowing review of this hardware store. Yes. You heard me correctly. Not a shoe store. Not a clothing store. Not even a restaurant. I've been walking around with a screw that fell out of my freezer for months. The dolts at the Big Box Hardware stores had no idea how to help me get another screw. Thankfully, I went to Hanes True Hardware and was helped expeditiously and efficiently. Kudos! Such service is so rare these days I'm glad I was able to receive it there.

This place is so amazing! I went in looking for paint and primer and the guy there gave me the best shopping experience. He really knew his stuff! Recommended cabinet paint and I’m so happy with the results!

Excellent customer service. Come here for all your hardware!! The staff is VERY knowledgable and helpful. I don't really know much about completing home projects around the house; but maybe about 4 different employees that have helped me at separate times, always knew exactly what to do. Mostly what type of screw to use for a specific project, what powder to clean for grease debris off wooden cabinets, repairing wall, and even electrical stuff. And this place has eco-friendly cleaning supplies, which is not easy to find around the area. ☀️

My first visit to the store was almost 12 years ago. It still has not changed in the way they treat their customers and the customer service that they provide. Every time I walk in there's always someone available and asks me if I need help. I really admire the fact that they approached you instead of you approaching them. And their prices are also amazing. Great prices great customer service if you're unsure of something just visit that place and I'm sure they have the Knowledge and Skills to guide you to the right part.
